Monday Taylor Park 1 lap X 6 boating lake good pace 2 min recovery between
Wednesday bottle & Glass loops 2 sets of 5 3 mins recovery
Monday A 580 Kirkby side 800mtrs x 6 good pace 2 mins recovery 
Wednesday ( last handicap race )
Monday Bypass 4 x Crank Road to Mill Lane approx 1 mile good pace ( finish strong)
Wednesday Pyramids 3 up to 9 mins and back down 2 mins recovery after each
Monday 1st Oct  Victoria Park 1 mile x 5 4 mins recovery after each
Wednesday steady run then 6x 4mins at good pace 2 mins recovery

Not sure if i will make it tonight to training. Jason came down with  laryngitis and i have a sneaking suspicion i am starting with the symptons.

I want to know why Les A made the post but he signed it Frank Mac?.Has anyone ever seen them in the same room together? My schedule is clear from now til xmas, watch out!!

re Wed 26th training, no turning back next time and we can drop Danny off at his house
