I am alive! I will update you all with a FULL race report tomorrow. I ache alot but i climbed a big mountain so it was worth it. Finished in 2;14;22 so not too bad (23.2km). Currently at Innsbruck airport making usse of the free internet. Due to land in Manchester at 10.15pm. Hope training wennt well tonight and see you on Wed!! Rach
