Good morning! I'm getting good at this motherhood lark; holding the baby and writting e-mails....

Her name is Alex Katelyn and she's fab (bit biased there hey!), and apart from the lack of sleep, mother & father are doing really well also

Baby permitting, I will try and pop up on wednesday then- what time is the meeting? what time is best to come? you can hold her as much as you like.....she's trained not to vomit on people - sort of

reckon after the 1/2 hour discussion we have to have regarding the handicap route and then the actual 1 miler effort, shuffle back to club, shower, we will probably be meeting 8.30ish onwards.

by the way we dont't do sick or other end business. Keep it clean!!

Hi Dawn

May have to miss your meeting, 8.30 is after bathtime and just before bedtime these days - I'm sure once she is sleeping better I'll be out and about more after dark :) Hope all is well, I'll keep an eye on the website and will endevour to come and watch one of striders local races.
