Its been a busy Easter. Calder Vale 10m on Good Friday 73:30 official time. Because the finish is in a dip below the start this is technically a down hill race with a few 'slopes' in between. Just to let everyone know that Aldi will have running stuff for sale again this coming Thursday (3rd April) as part of their weekly specials. The technical jogging shoes look flash but are garbage, but the tops, socks and shorts are not bad for the money. Stuff tends to go very quickly so get there on...

Did the wilmslow half marathon today it was a good course on the result service got 1.37.38.butmy timing on my watch got 1.37.40 started my time when i gotto the start it was a slow start with so many runners there.

No batteries for your arm-bands sorry - all the ones I have are a lot smaller. Be careful when you solder the wires back on - don't put too much heat in the circuit board or it will totally knacker it up. Regards - Mark
