I am trying to join.  I have sent an e mail on Monday 3.05.13 and left  'Les' a voicmail. Pls contact me.  Didn't want to just turn up incase this causes problems.  Hope to run with you all soon.

Hi Sandra- it take us a few days to respond to people, we have bad a massive increase in enquiries. I have sent you an email today to explain all. Hope that's ok. We will arrange a suitable night for you to come down as some sessions aren't always right for your first one.

hello Rach, I am also very interested in joining your running club and like Sandra sent a e/mail but got no reply.

I do live in south west wales so i cannot come to your club that often, only when i go and see the saints play rugby. I hope this is ok.

I am 49 have ran 8 marathons including London, Rome, Venice and Florence.

I am coming back to running after a three year injury.
