Hi Damian When would you like to come down? it would be helpful if we knew who to expect on the night so we can plan our sessions accordingly. Tonight is an 'easy' run around st helens, in 2 separate groups. We usually put newbies in group b and see how they get on. Carol looks after new members and if you decide to come down then I will contact her and let her know to expect you and explain about what we do etc. We meet at 6:55pm for a 7pm briefing and a 7:03pm warm up (I try and stick to those times but these things over run )
Thanks
Rach

Is it ok if I come next Wednesday, i still have some bruising on my foot after the liverpool marathon, I was hoping it would be ok but it is still sore.
Hi Damian Yes please hi viz. We do have some spare stuff at the club, but great if you turn up like a flashing beacon! Next wednesday is fine- it is a hill session at Victoria park for one group, and the other group is doing hills around lord street. Best take it easy on the efforts if your foot is still bruised. if you have an email, let me know as Carol (looks after newbies) can contact you and give you all the information you need about the club See you next week.
