Hi all- we are changing the urban gym to a circuits class instead. Still at sherdley park as we can use the paths near the car park as they will be lit enough to run on.

Actually- had a few reports of road closures and stuff because of the floods SO prob best to meet at the club and see what the terrain is like. Might just end up being an easy run in preperation for wednesdays handicap!
