Hi all

I have put my name down to be a volunteer/marshall at this saturdays park run at pennington flash. Nice free 5km at 9am. Just wanted to know if anyone fancied coming and having a run? (lots of friendly abuse from me I promise!)

 

You will need to register on the website before www.parkrun.org.uk and click on pennington flash
