Thanks for the offer charley,, but I am ok for floating aids,, i have the bouyancy of a hippo,, and unfotunatly the same build!!

Managed to press the enter button eventually!! New challenge & I am sooo nervous!! I won't even have any shoe laces to untie & tie while i'm waiting for the race to start.

well dun murph entering was the easy bit!!

but u now have 3 disciplines to worry about nowconfuse,,

swim- goggles,,swimwear etcno.gif 

bike- brakes,, tyres etc biggrin.gif

run- garmin inworking order,,laces etcbleh.gif
