Thanks to Andy, Jo, Kev, Marie, Geoff, Brunty who waited around at the end in the freezing cold waiting for cas & I to finish - how tough was that??!! 

Fantastic day though ... special thanks to the Fosi for putting up with my constant groaning and cursing - the photos should be interesting ... biggrin

Apologies from the club captain for her terrible non show. I blame wine, and a karaoke bar.... but i did try as i was home at midnight!
I wont be down at all this week due to work commitments etc so will see you all in a weeks time- but guessing there will be a long run club next sat?
