Hi not sure if any of your members are aware of a new weekly timed run that takes place in Halewood. It is run by Liverpool Running Bugs but is open to anyone & everyone of all running abilities. It takes place every Saturday at 1pm at Okell Drive in Halewood. Its a great way to monitor your fitness and best of all its free!! All details can be found at www.bugruns.org
