biggrin It was one of the new Louisa,s .and Charlotte only swapped places with the other new Lou who was happy to run back.Is she o/k John . didnt think my B schedule was too tough ?

Yeah shes fine, thanks Les, I dont think shes worked out how to conserve a bit of energy for the return slow run yet. I remember doing the same after one of our indian file sessions when I first started. But you soon learn. Im really pleased with her progress, another 12 months and she'll be kicking my ar** on our runs.
