Boxing Day run

For anyone who might be interested in a boxing day run to sort out any festive excesses, there is a 5k Bug Run starting at 10am from the visitor centre at Okell Drive, Halewood, Merseyside ... its also free entry! biggrin

There is also a 10k run in Clitheroe (Ribble Valley 10k) for those needing to perhaps run off a little more than a 5k can handle ... lol, that is a 10.30am start from Roefield Leisure Centre ... £11 entry fee with an extra £2.00 for entering on the day.

Think we're just going to opt for the 5k ... back in time for the footie smile

Cu all soon,

Nx
