Prob betta with a nice lean seal inner lining,, and polar bear outer skin,, this should keep u dry and warm,, however if yu want a coat to run in?? I find thin base layers and any light waterproof is normally ok,, there are some expensive ones out there,, but mine was £6.00 from sports direct (karimoor) good luck running,, cheers brunty

There is a Nike one that looks good but it has a hood. Would that be any use when running or should I pick one with no hood??

Hi Jenny, Ive looked for years for a good waterproof running jacket that doesn't cost a fortune, the adidas ones are about £ 120 but claims to be properly waterproof not just shower proof, but I think once your wet, your wet!!!! lots of good windproof jackets that do the job but dont keep out the rain , i wouldn't recommend getting one with a hood as when the wind is behind you  it just bugs you blowing up over your head!!

hope this helps and glad your back running painfree!!

and where was Richard this week??? didnt he make you a promise???? lol

and er skinners!!!!! where were you tonite!!!?????disbelief

He did but I went the gym Monday so he couldn't go an then last night we were tempted by the bright lights of the sitar...

Thanks for the advice. I'll get a hoodless one. Didn't really see the point tbh but the coat looked nice.
