I have just entered this race, are any other striders running it ?
I think Clare might have mentioned it at training on Weds also why I am in a motivated mood are we planning on turning up at Gringleford in March if so I will not enter the Trimpell/ Spen 20 which are being run the same day as well as the Blackpool 1/2 and full marathon and I think it is the St Helen's 10k the next day
Hi gary me,jo,and i think claire are up for catforth,, there is a quite a few doing grindleford inc me,, we started a little training yesterday doing hills in billinge,, and i struggled lols but we did do 9.4 miles,, me and jo will maybe do a little marshalling for st helens,,and shout abuse at the striders

Too early after xmas/new year for me - plan to eat far too much and be quite lazy so am aiming for the Inskip Derby Arms Half Marathon near Lancaster on the 22nd Jan.
