I'm not going to run tomorrow as I have promised the kids a trip to the library! May be fancying a sunday morning run of around 8-10 miles though - need to be done by 11am though as have to take Daisy to a birthday party later on.
uuurggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh was sooooooooooooo ill saturday after the beer festival fri night in rainhill and i only drank wine!! all that secret slurping of REAL ale that i thought didnt count!!!!! couldnt get outta bed let alone run!!! however i did redeem myself with a 10 miler this morning just to make sure i can still run 10 mile in prep for next sunday!! anyway off away again 2moz, too see what boot camp has to offer on tuesday and there is a run from sweatshop on wed on site!! 5k apparently!! see you all week after!!
