I know some of you have expressed an interest in doing the 'bleep test'. I can arrange for us to do this at the Police training Centre in Lea Green where they have lanes set up especially for this. It would be conducted by a qualified instructor, but can only be done on a Tuesday or Thursday evening about 6.30.
If anyone would like to give it a go can you please post and will sort a date out, I am informed the record is 14.5 surely someone can beat that !!
yep! count me in although along with jenny not 100% sure what it is!!! is it running a certain distance in between bleeps as many times as you can??!! the mre you do the fitter you are? ( smileys indicating that im not quite sure how I feel about doing it!!!!)
