thanks Skinners! Deffo doing this one again my fave run of the year!
For those who are not familiar with the Grindleford Gallop, its 21 mile trail/fell run, through some beautiful countryside, check out the website and video of the route when entries open, its usually about £15 , excellent value for money, cakes, flapjacks, muffins at mile 15, hot soup and more cakes on the finish line!! I usually organise a minibus to take us and return,
perfect for all you marathoners next year ( not April!! she has been there and done that but didn't get the t shirt!! though we may twist her arm???) Anyway the run will take roughly as long as a marathon even tho its 5 mile shorter, due to the glorious hills!!
see you in the morning or Monday!!
Jo

10th March? Nooooooo! I really want to do Grindleford again but I'm attending a two-day conference in Manchester that weekend.
Hmm, I'll to have to come up with a plan that doesn't involve cloning but first I'm going to have a sulk...
