I agree Mike they should make all the England team watch the Grand Final tonight to see what entertainment is, it took a Rugby League player all be it an ex pie eater to beat Scotland last week today no passion no idea but who cares anyway ?

Good luck to all you Striders"marathoners" nono on Sunday at Liverpool ,don,t forget conserve energy in the early stages and you will reap the the benefits in the latter stages but most of all enjoy and good running. If you see or hear anybody shouting abuse at you along the course while on a bike dont worry its only mebiggrinbiggrinbiggrin All have good un also.         " COME ON YOU SAINTS"
