I am after a HUGE favour from one of the striders who are catching the minibus organised by Jo to the Marathon.
I think that Jo was arranging for it to pick us all up from the Waterside at 7:30am (although don't quote me as Jo may confirm otherwise!). However we are unable to leave our car up there as we will be getting the train home and we need to have the car at home so that we can go and pick our kids up - we can't get back up to Waterside in time to pick it up!
Could any strider who may be driving to Waterside on the big day please help and offer a lift from the town centre (from car park by Beacon Centre, near central fitness?) to me and my husband??
I will return the favour of a lift sometime!! or a pint in the future (can't make the curry evening unfortunately!)
dont panic we will sort somat out between us, my car is full but can always come back for you, or get the bus to pick up on route , either way dont worry , we can work it out!! ( no beatles pun intended... honest!!! )

Cheers Jo, if the Bus could pick us up en route that would be prob be easiest - save you having to come back for us! we could wait at Police Station if that is helpful??? anyway still time to sort it out - will speak to you closer to the weekend! getting really nervous now!
We'll get a taxi to police station too then. Gone through the nervous stage and now excited! Managed 3 mile on a treadmill yesterday and felt fine. Positive!
I've spoken to Jo and we need to get up to Waterside as the Mini-Bus is only a cheap deal as he is only doing one pickup!
Would it be possible for you to still come past police station in your taxi and pick us up and we can share the cost of the taxi fare then? Any problems just let me know!
