To all those brave lads and lasses who are now getting nervous about those 26 little miles (0.2 is the killer).

As you may know ninja Nic and I with possibly (i have bright trainers) April plan to offer support on the day. We are hoping to get a banner and will hang about in Sefton park which is around 17 miles. The plan is to pass on any drinks, encouragement, abuse etc to all striders.

Would be useful if you could let us know if you want your own drink passing to you, and the ETA for 17miles, and if not running in striders vest what to look out for.

Also anyone wanting us to bring clothing, first aid  etc a suitable rendezvous point to meet after your glorious finish. Was thinking at Bernies tent if everyone agrees, please fell free to drop off drinks, kit before the race at mine or bring it to training, ensure your name is on it as would not like anyone to drink my and Nics vodka by mistake.

anything else we may have forgotten open to ideas (down Brunty !)

not sure how we will co-ordinate waiting for all to pass through Sefton Park and be at the finish for the first strider! oh I love a challange....

Just wondering whether we are better having support at Mile 15 (which is also Mile 25) so runners can be seen both ways and then it is not too far to the finish? If anyone has any drinks to give to carol then I can pick them up- just put your name on it.

Where is the spot going to be, mile 15 or 17? I've told my dad to look for the banner to stand and watch from.
