Who's out tomorrow for a nice shorter distance run - 12-14 miles? I'll meet you at The Waterside at 7.30am or a bit later if that's preferable.

Hi Kev Yes were all out tomoz at 8 a.m for a nice "short" 12-14 miler!! will feel like heaven compared to the weeks and weeks of long er stuff!!!
8 a.m waterside , so far coming is me, andy , Claire , Rach, Skinners
be nice to do a final long one together before the big day, charley is meeting us I think for a few miles, and anyone else welcome to join for all/some of it

Will see you all at waterside tomorrow at 8am - I may only join you for a few miles depending on what time I manage to get out of the house though! I'm scheduled for a 12-miler tomorrow and don't intend doing anymore than that really! Best stop drinking wine now (just had the 1 glass!)
