Hi all- we weren't able to secure lea green training centre for tonight and given that the weather is so horrid it's probably not a good idea to do the bleep test in the rain. So it will be an easy run- might be an idea to split into two groups and appoint a leader in each. There won't be any committee members at the run as we are having a meeting. Ps- anyone want to go for an early run around 6ish so I don't miss a session?

Early run,,awww no mention of a hot shower after the run this time( will text u in a bit myt suit me and jo,, as i am on call!!
