good look all doing anything this weekend,,alex and les going on a long dark bike ride,,nic going to geordie-land for her half marathon,,and anyone else doing long runs etc etc,,just done 12.7 miles legs felt better than last weekend so well happy,, and good luck especially st helens rugby playing against the pies on sunday!!
