Long Easy Run Sat Morning - 20 miles

Hi there, 

not sure what everyone is doing long run wise this weekend - me and my hubby are doing 20 miles tomorrow at around 10:30min/mile pace.

Plan is for bit of a grand tour of st helens  - town centre-blackbrook bypass-east lancs-windle-knowsley road-thatto heath-rainhill-sutton manor-sherdley park-st helens hospital-town centre

just let me know if anyone wants to meet up for a bit or all of this. If not no worries see ya all on Monday

only 2 more long training runs to go - yay! smilebiggrin
