Hi there, 

I won't be down the club tonight so thought I would post about a long run on Saturday morning. 

I am planning a gentle 20 miles (no faster than about 10:30min/mile) but can meet up with anyone enroute if anyone fancies the company.

I am aiming to leave the house (town centre) at 7am but could call by the waterside at 7:30am or 8am depending on how far anyone else wants to run?

If anyone interested in what is most likely going to be a rainy run just let me know and we can coordinate!

have fun tonite - urban gym in a damp sherdley park is it???

Hola charley iam off work friday so i am gonna run then,, trying to do me first 20@ a get me round pace,, maybe take me 1hour 29mins!! Haha enjoy neet folks ive dun 5miles this morn!!

Hiya - think there is a vague plan now for a long (slower) run on Sat! Me, Rach and John Skinley (i think??) are meeting up at waterside for 7:30am. Not sure of the route as Rach said that John knows the way??????? a magical mystery tour it is! 

 

If anyone fancies meeting up for a bit just post to let us know

John doesn`t know the way, you need map & compass to navigate when out with the Dark Side of a Saturday,anyway Andy might be out to save the day smile.

Just to clarify I will be doing a gentle run - don't want to be holding up any of the speed merchants! see whoever manages to make it down at 7:30am!! no wine tonite for me!
