hi nick,,iam gonna run from mine around 07.00 and do 18 miles with some luck,,so i pod on,, and hydropack full of sport,, iam gonna do a flatish course (no off road) and pace meself accordingly,, will drop down to 13 next week lols a short run have fun and come on the saints

Hope the run went well ... managed 8 miles (mainly off-road lol) around bold/burtonwood (without any hills or getting lost!)
Let's just hope your right about Saints! Somehow I think we're gonna lose this one esp. with Silverwood as ref! ... but would love to be proved wrong!!
Run Went very well,, all on road 18 miles 3hours 10 so well pleased)
