I'd arranged to meet a couple of members outside Central Fitness tonight at 7pm, for a run.  However, I'm now going to have to work late and so unfortunately I won't be able to make it.

To make matters worse, I have no contact details for the members I'd arranged to meet and, having the goldfish memory that I have, I can't remember their names either!

If you are reading this, and I was due to meet you, then please accept my apologies but I shan't be there.

If you are reading this, and you know the folks that I'd arranged to meet and you're able to, could you please pass on my apologies and let them know that I won't be there!
