Hi all you LSD 'ers!! Anyone fancy joining us for a nice long run saturday morning?? between 13- 15 ish miles or jump in for any distance you wish or feel able to do, nice mix off road and road, meet at waterside say 8.30??

Not running wid you lot,, i will be doing 14miles but at a steady pace of 11.00-11.30 mins per mile,, with stops for beer on route)

this was for a few weeks ago but as we know long run is on this a.m 8.30 , I aiming for 17 miles and claire n Kev meeting us tooo!! pepper pots here we come!!
