Hi All,

Regarding Ruskin Drive afternoon of rounders, I should have added that this will be a fun filled affy of Rounders and DRINKS!!!!

 

We now have a team of 9 , ( well thats what everyone agreed on Saturday night after several beers!!)

the Team is, Me. Brunty, Rach , Pete, Casi foz, Vicky, Donna,John Skinley and Sue ( Mrs Skinley!!)

 

Do we have anymore to form another team and have a little healthy competition ( whilst having a few bevvies!!!!)

 

p.s Crackin night out guys, thanks to all and see you tonite!!

Is anyone up for making a second team as I think this could be a right old giggle!?! (Have been reassured that lack of hitting and catching skills will not matter as at least we can all run!!)

This is what I'd posted originally!! I still need to regisrter us so if I can have some more names to form 2nd team that will be brill!!! Les its at Ruskin Drive so we can make it a fun afternoon of daft rounders with healthy competition and a little bit o boooooozeee!!!!

 

Pilkington Rounders Club Counting down to the Olympics!

 

Come along to Ruskin Drive on Saturday, 23rd July for a fun afternoon of mixed rounders.

 

We are looking for registrations from teams (9 players with a maximum of 5 men) or individuals who wont mind mixing with others to form teams: minimum age 14.

 

All equipment will be provided; suitable clothing should be worn trainers etc.

 

There is no entry fee but we may be carrying out a form of fund raising activity in aid of the Willowbrook Hospice.

Have no spatial awareness and how big is the bat ! Do I need gum sheilds....

The bat is 1.2metre's and the closest person is 1.3metre's so you best bring a gum shield)
