Striders run to 'The Dream' Wednesday

Hi all- Wednesday 18th is the run to the dream from the club. I have spoken to some members, and we have arranged to meet them at the Black Bull Pub on the roundabout near Sherdley Park at 7:20ish as they wanted a shorter run. Run from central fitness and back again will be about 8 miles. Let us know if you are meeting us at the pub
