Weds 18th Easy Aerobic run upto the Dream
Mon 23rd Easy to Victoria Park Gr1 5 x 1K loops 2 mins rec Gr2 3 x1K loops 2 mins rec
Weds 25th H/Cap round 4
Mon 30th Two groups of Indian File 2 x 10 Mins 2/3 Mins Rec (think this might be bank holiday monday, in which case we will have to meet somewhere other than Central Fitness).
