Hi All

Is it possible for the planned training runs for May to be forwarded onto me.

Then I can see if anything fits in with where my own fitness is upto .

I am 5 weeks  back on the road , and look forward to particapating in your

sessions as I get fitter.

Good to see you again (Morrisions). I have pasted a copy of this month's training plan, however due to injury I am not able to come down for the sessions, so not able to confirm if there will be any changes!

 

Hi all- please see training plan for May. Enjoy!

Mon 2nd BankHoliday
 
Weds 4th Chorley or Easy aerobic running
 
Mon 9th Easy To Waterside then Gr1_ 4 x Ship 2mins rec Gr2_ 2 X Ship 2mins rec and 2 x halfway(the pond) 2 mins rec
 
Weds 11th  Easy to Sherdley Park Gr1 5 x 1loop 2/3 mins rec Gr2 3 x 1loop 2/3mins rec
 
Mon16th Easy ALL- urban gym session, Sherdley Park
 
Weds 18th Easy Aerobic run upto the Dream 
 
Mon 23rd  Easy to Victoria Park Gr1 5 x 1K loops 2 mins rec Gr2 3 x1K loops 2 mins rec
 
Weds 25th H/Cap round 4
 
Mon 30th Two groups of Indian File 2 x 10 Mins 2/3 Mins Rec (think this might be bank holiday monday, in which case we will have to meet somewhere other than Central Fitness).
 
Wed 1st June- Chorley race

 

Ps:  Give it a few months I'm sure you will be back to your old form!! Good luck

Thank's Andy . That great , it looks as though I will give sherdley and victoria a try.

I will go straight there and warm up until others arrive.
