Hi everyone It's bank holiday again on Monday which means no official club run. A few of us are thinking of meeting at the red cat again at 6pm and do a route round crank/billinge/up holland etc. It might be a better idea to meet on alter road (Claire is that the right name?) which is the road round the corner where we should be able to park. Also there is no official club run on Wednesday as it is the first chorley race of the year. I sent application forms by email last week. Plan is to meet at waterside at 6:15 so we can car share there. Let us know if you want to meet us at chorley instead. But also let us know here or by fcbk if you are meeting us at waterside so we know to wait for you!! Hope everyone has a nice weekend.

I cant make it on Monday but enjoy the run/drink

Hi, i am going to give the race a miss tonight and just go for a light run instead, my left leg is not as good as i hoped it would be.
