Hi Guys, we are starting the sports therapy clinics in approx 3wks time, initially they will be held on a Monday eve from 4pm till around 5.45, and then we will also have clinic on a Tuesday Morning from 9am till 12. If you have any sports injuries of any description even if its something youve had for years and years and just put up with.......youre welcome to come down and have an assessment and treatment.
We are HND sports science students all qualified in sports massage therapy and our module for the clinics is prevention and treatment of injuries. We are fully supported and supervised by our tutor who is also a musculoskeletal expert and works with many top athletes, so you are in good hands !
Let me know if you would like to come down and I can add you to our list of clients...it's Free and we are very successful in treating all and any injury or condition......so put us to the test.

I have hurt my foot and it is quite sore and I am hoping to be running the 10k on Sunday. I am unable to run on it and I am wondering if you have any suggestions for me. My injury is on the bone in the middle of my foot and goes up my leg just past my ankle bone. I did this Friday/Saturday and didn't realise where the pain was and now I do!. What do you think I should do?
