Hi Frank (keeper of all the secret handicap methods!)

I won't be running the handicap tomorrow as I knackered my knee on Sat - will probably drive up to meet you all there and perhaps have a jog round the course depending on what the knee feels like!

Just thought I would let you know incase there are any complicated calculations you have to do in your little blackbook!

If anyone wants to meet at the start be at Windle Island for 7-15

Hi there!

I am going to go to The Gerard pub car park and run from there!

Can't wait - although have to say my legs are still stiff from Monday! (that's my excuse anyway!!!)

I have

stiff legs from Monday , followed by stiff legs from last nights handicap .
