A few of the girls did this last year- nice flat course throughout croxteth park. If I remember rightly Claire was 3rd in the ladies comp! It is sunday 10th april 11am, £8 to enter. I am going to enter as a) its not too far b) i didnt do a 10km at all last year and c) i doubt i will be getting any PB's on the st helens course!

Hi probably not should beat my pb of 48.00 when I do the  st helens 10k then hopfully beat 1.42 for the hal fmarathon the following sunday
