HI Sharon, I dont think we are doing a session as such tonite as we usually do, Rach has posted that its a steady run to ease us all in !!! Your probably as well heading straight to the club, unless anyone else posts any ideas of were you could meet?? It will probably be a 6 -7 mile os so run?? again not sure as we are playing it by ear with it being first one! see you later
