Been doing lots of miles in the snow but due to new shifts I have been struggling to get down to the club I have had to resort to getting up at 5am and running for an hour before work around Leyland. Thats hardcore Training Gary!! 5 a.m in this weather is awesome!! well done Im sure it will pay off! Its been cold enough at 7 a.m when Ive been getting out! The snow running is hurting my knees and I just want it to go now!! Anyway Merry Christmas to the striders!! see you in 2011 !
