Hello, my name is Donna i am 38, i would like to join your club, my fitness is not great at the moment, i do a couple of sessions a week on the tredmill for about 30 mins a session, would i be ok to join at this level or do i need to improve before joining?
Thank you for posting a message up- it is always the hardest step to make!
It is rather hard to assess anyone's fitness without them coming to the club and trying out some of the things that we do. Best advice is for you to decide if you want to come and try us out, let us know so we can look out for you and then we can take it from there. Joining a club isnt always for everyone, but you would only know if you came and tried. We are a friendly bunch, probably a 40/60 female/ male split so plenty of company for you. As you can see from looking around our site, we run between 4 and 7 miles in distance depending on what sort of session we hold. Feel free to ask any more questions to help you make your decision
Look forward to hearing from you.

I would just like to add to Rach's comments that the club has a hughe variety of abilities and quite a few who are fairly new to running, so you dont need to worry on that score.
Like a lot of people I only wish Id joined sooner and 'yes' they are a very friendly bunch, giving lost of advice and encouragement whatever your ability and ambitions.
Over the last few weeks we have got quite few new runners so i am sure you would enjoy it, not only is it easier running in a group but much safer. So i hope to see you down next week
Thank you, for the encouragement i feel brave enough to try, i am a litttle bit worried i will not be able to keep up the pace but looking forward to trying. would it be ok for me to come on wednesday?
