Frank is the handicap definatly Vicky park on Wednesday? Mike who ran with us yesterday is going to come down and I said it would be manageable if we are only running up to vicky park , can you let me know please ? I will be down but will run it very easy, Im really stiff and still having leg cramps after yesterday but just been for a walk and it feels easier, i wont run for a time tho!

Frank I m just going to run the course easy if that ok, I will run with Mike unless he is going to fast for me and then I walk, still a bit stiff but feel ok to run easy so Im still coming!
