Cheers Andy , myself and claire have been howling laughin!! yes laughin! at a ll the rules and regs that are involved, in the swim and the bike, things about 7 m dfraft zones and having 15 secs to pass someone once you enter their DRAFT ZONE!! its another world and Im sure we are gonna get disqualified many times over but as long as they only tell us at the end then im not bothered!! Ithe swim has some rule of stopping to let others pass if they bump into you! hahahahha I cant swim!!! oh well we are entering it in really good spirits which feels good to not have pressure of time on us, and we are just going to enjoy it!! watch this space and facebook for the results and maybe a few pics!!!
