Some races in October/November

Hi there,
just a few local 10Ks I have come across that may be of interest and that have relatively cheap entry fees

Antrobus Cabbage Canter - 10th October, Northwich. £12 entry. There is also a 5k and 3k (min age 9 - just noticed the discussion about the younger runners)

Natterjack Seaside 10k - 10th October, Southport. £9.50 entry. Nice flat course I believe

Sandbach 10k - 17th October, Sandbach. £7 entry.

RNLI Reindeer Run 10k and 5k - 28th November, Knowsley Safari Park. £12.50 entry for 10k. Probably a bit of fun really rather than a serious effort!

Need a 10km- might do the Natterjack one?

Also need a 10m- are there any others before Christmas??

the only 10 miler I've come across (in the North West) is this one in Keswick

Keswick 10 mile - 7th November - hilly one!

there are others but they are a bit further afield such as this one in mid-wales on 20th Nov

I'm quite fancying the Southport one too as I think it is nice and flat - although the idea of winning a cabbage as a prize at the Antrobus one is quite amusing
