FYI A few of us are meeting at the Waterside 9.00 am, not sure on the length of the run 10 - 15 miles ? route not decided sure there will be dropoff points along the way. Everyone of all abilites are welcome to come along.
hi andy- slight change of plan, i could do with a lie in so claire and i are meeting at 10am. the extra hour is greatly needed!! think jo is still doing early doors though

I have suggested to Jo if she wants to start out 1 hour later so we all run together, if not I will start at 9.00 with Jo perhaps time it so we arrive back at waterside for 10.00 then continue with yourselves, this is of course subject to my ankle being okay went over on it today on a short off road run, hopefully its not to bad.
Andy dont worry of you want to go at 10 i am fine on me own, I only read messages thismorning, but really 10 a.m means a 1 pm finish for me so it eats too much into me day really .i will be around waterside at 9 if your there if not i will just carry on, have fun of i dont see ya'll!!
