I would like enter this on Wednesday.

Is anyone else and if so are you meeting up some where local or a Sefton ?

i always get lost going to sefton park! but if you like we can meet at game bird before hand and convoy there. will check times and post later

right race starts at 7:30 but you have to register before 7.... (£8 on the night), so think we need to meet around 6:15 to make sure we get there in enough time. That ok?

Carol- might see you there if you run after work.
Anyone else interested?

I think i will give the fast 5 miler a miss, Rach , gotta concentrate on the long run I think! and me legs still hurting now!!!! enjoy tho!
