The missing strider has been trying to find a fool"strider"proof" course for next weeks H/cap were no one can get lost,no one can take a wrong turn, no hills, and easy to follow and at last after much searching i found one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THE TRACK AT SUTTON See you all next week FrankMC
