The B team are doing a shorter run tomorrow...
Nick + I are meeting at Sherdley Park 2pm plan to do about 8miles.

really nice run just over 8 miles taking in the Dream, few nice little hills to challange those legs.
Strange man in sherdley park shouting abuse, old bloke with a black eye !
