Hi All, if your fed up of not being able to get out running type in "running in snow" and you can find some instructions on making your own 'screw shoes!!(thats shoes with screws in the bottom of them by the way!!!) im heading round me dads in a mo to transform mine as i still have to get to work and back next week and this will really help!!! i dont know how to add a link so cant post it on here!( am thick!!) but you use quarter to half inch screws , and a leccy screwdriver works best! will let u know if they work and we may all be able to run monday night!!( yes i am killing myself laughing at the lengths some of us will go too!! )
