Just a note to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
The paths are far too dodgy for running at the moment and I cant see things improving by tonight, its forecast for a very cold night so I wont be stepping out for a run.
HI all, II will deffo echo what John says, I ran to work (in a fashion!) this morning and ran home ( in an even more amusing fashion!!!) tonite, it really not worth the effort!! it was exhausting!!! and its really cold on the lungs! I would suggest you dont bother and have an early xmas break!! Hope you all have a good one and see you on the 4th!!

On my way home from work ealier in my very warm car i saw what i thought was one of the town centre,s penguins trundling along Boundary Road but alas no it was,nt it was !!!!!!!! yes you,ve guessed it, cos it was the dancing on ice queen JO Also wishing all striders and their families a very Happy Christmas and a Happy new year. ps plenty food,ample drink oh and yes the odd run See you all soon Frank
