I can't run tonight but I managed a run at lunch time in the sunshine.
Be careful the pavements are really bad and I didn't see any that were gritted or cleared. The grass verges are still frozen and you are more likley to go over on your ankle. You may find that some of the roads in the town centre may have be cleared. I suggest you keep it short and go for a sauna.
I only slipped once today. Funny how there is always people about to see you perform. I also met a 4x4 driver who wasn't content with the 2 wide lanes he had to himself and felt he had move over to share travelling in the gutter with me.
chatting to a few on facebook and they are not goin tonite,, think we may as well call it off?? it pretty bad under foot. and more snow forecast. im gonn ahead the gym i think instead ,

Hi everyone- i have feeling back in my face yay! The swelling has gone down which is good although I don't have much energy to do anything. Think will try a little run at the weekend and then build myself back up again. Take it easy if you do go out- I am back at my parents house now and they have actually closed the road off because of the snow so it was great fun trying to get anywhere today! They don't bother grtting it as it is a country lane- I remember one year the Postman got stuck and the farmer up the road had to rescue him with his quad bike hehe
