Hello
just wanted to say that I was a bit gutted I could not make the meal last night, I underwent a little operation yesterday afternoon (excuse the pun) the doctor said no running for at least a week so I want to wish all striders MERRY CHRISTMAS and best wishes for 2010

is this Op a strider requirement???? shall we all book one!! hee hee!! Have a good Christmas to you and Sarah , By the way im back at Boxercise tonite if Sarah wanted to go, me and Claire will be there. Hope you make a quick recovery to get back running in the snow!
